This Privacy Policy applies to the White Score Tracker mobile application and related services operated by POPS DELI LIMITED (the “Service Provider”). It explains how information is handled when the Application is used.
Information collection and use
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information during ordinary use and does not require registration. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to enable connectivity, but it is not retained for tracking.
Location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect personal information during ordinary use, no such information is shared with third parties through the Application.
Opt-out rights
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it through the normal process on your device.
Data Retention
The Application is designed not to retain personal information during normal use. If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider by email or another direct communication channel, that information may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain legitimate business records, or meet legal obligations. It will then be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of information you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider by contacting allumitmore@gmail.com. Reasonable steps will be taken to delete relevant information unless continued retention is required by law or necessary for legal claims.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the Application.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through ordinary use, the exposure risk is limited. The Service Provider nevertheless uses reasonable safeguards for systems and for any information voluntarily provided directly.
Data breach notification
If a breach affects information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notice will be provided where required by applicable law.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated policy and effective date. Previous versions may be made available on request.

If you voluntarily provide information and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
